Frequently Asked Questions
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your status any time on our tracking page: Track Order.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via our priority tracked service for UK orders.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I request a return?
Email us at support@christophermosley.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send any returns without approval.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10–15 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.
What size should I order?
Our loafers fit true to size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going up by 0.5 for added comfort. For apparel, please refer to the size chart on each product page for the most accurate fit.
Where are your products made?
We source globally to ensure high-quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship. Each product is made in partnership with trusted suppliers.
Will there be any shipping delays?
Orders placed between April 29th and May 4th may experience a slight delay in processing due to international Labor Day holidays. Normal operations will resume on May 5th. We are committed to keeping you updated and ensuring your order is dispatched as quickly as possible once processing resumes.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’re happy to cancel it and issue a refund. Please contact us promptly after placing your order.
