Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our tracking page: Track Order.

How long does it take to receive the orders?

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on location and carrier. Due to high demand, some delays may occur, but we aim to over-deliver wherever possible.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to the UK, US, Canada, and Australia. Every order is carefully handled to ensure a smooth international delivery.

What are the return rules?

You can return any product within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not charge a return fee. The customer only needs to cover the cost of the return label.

How do returns work?

Important: Please do not send any returns without contacting us first, as we need to create a return ticket.

When will I get my money back?

Refunds are issued the same day we receive your return. Banks typically take 3–5 business days to process the refund back to your account.

When will I receive my cashback?

If a cashback has been approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once it has been issued.

What size should I get?

Our clothing is tailor-fitted. We recommend ordering one size up for a better fit unless otherwise stated. For shoes and loafers, they fit true to size. If you're between sizes or unsure, consider sizing up by 0.5 for loafers for a more comfortable fit.

Where are your products made?

We source globally to maintain the highest quality and fair pricing. Each product’s material may come from different markets where it’s most cost-effective.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
